ZiniTech started doing computer business in 2006 as Mexabet. In 2008 it was officially registered as Mexabet Technology Company Limited as a technology business entity in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. It was a legitimate and an incorporated venture under the COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT 1990.

Then, on Saturday, 3rd December, 2011, the Management decided to use a more fitting name for a technology company. And hence, we resolved that ZiniTech matches our aspirations and also tells a story about our roots.

We've officially changed our business name from Mexabet Technology Company Limited to ZiniTech Limited, and we prefer you always refer to us using our new company name.
