Question: Why is the speed of my PC slow since I upgraded from Windows Xp to Vista?
Answer: When you install a new Microsoft operating system on an existing PC, it will probably need more memory and a video card upgrade. This utility contains two major functions- backing up data and restoring it. The Backup Wizard opens automatically. Select what you want to backup follow the wizard’s instructions until you’re done.

Question: How do I get my PC to function as it was before I installed this problematic program yesterday?
Answer: In Windows XP Professional, click Start-All Programs-Accessories-System Tools-System Restore. On the Welcome screen click the option, Restore My Computer To An Earlier Time. Click Next to take you to the Select A Restore Point screen. Choose from the highlighted restore points and click Next. Follow the wizard’s instructions to finish.
